Yes! New 407&Beyond agents complete an onboarding and training process covering the fundamentals of working as a travel advisor. You’ll learn about suppliers, booking procedures, client communication, agency resources, and many of the practical aspects of working with your first clients. Training also continues beyond onboarding through supplier education, team discussions, live learning opportunities, and shared experiences from other agents.
