Collaboration isn’t simply something we say we value at 407&Beyond—Collaboration Over Competition is one of the principles we’ve intentionally built the agency around.
Our agents operate independent businesses, but that doesn’t mean they need to treat one another like competitors. Agents share ideas, resources, recommendations, strategies, and firsthand experiences. Our Vacation Planning Workspace gives agents a place to ask questions and learn from one another, while brainstorming and discussion threads encourage the exchange of ideas across the agency.
We also believe in celebrating one another’s successes. An agent succeeding doesn’t take an opportunity away from someone else; it can create knowledge and experience that benefits the broader team.
Our goal is to maintain an environment where agents can independently build businesses of their own while knowing they’re part of a community that wants to see them succeed.
