New 407&Beyond agents pay a $350 one-time onboarding fee. That fee provides access to the personalized support and agency resources associated with onboarding and also covers the agent’s desk fee for the calendar year in which they join.
After that, agents have a $180 annual desk fee, collected once per year. The fee helps cover recurring business resources including the agent’s Google Business Suite account, participation in the agency’s errors and omissions insurance policy, and access to agency marketing materials.
Agents also use Travel eSolutions (TESS), our client relationship management system for managing bookings, storing client information, and linking commissions. The packet currently lists TESS at $10 per month.
Because agents are independent contractors, they should also expect to have individual business expenses associated with operating and marketing their businesses.
