Throughout the year, we host regular agency webinars featuring Business Development Managers from our preferred suppliers. These sessions can include destination and product information, promotions, updates, and broader industry trends.
Agents also benefit from the experience of other members of the agency. Our Vacation Planning Workspace and team discussions allow agents to share recommendations, ask questions, and exchange firsthand experiences. Agents aren’t required to specialize in every destination we sell, but they are expected to continually learn about the products and destinations relevant to their businesses.
